NBA All Star Game in 3D Obviously Doesn’t Include Defense

NBA All Star Weekend is rapidly approaching and nothing says fun like watching your favorite hoops stars not play defense in 3D. CrunchGear reports that Cinedigm is live streaming the game in 3D at select theaters. If you’re interested in details, you can get all of the details in the Crunchgear post. Cinedigm also streamed the BCS Championship game in 3D to much fanfare.
This is a great PR stunt, but I’m lukewarm on watching sports in 3D. It sounds kind of interesting, but I don’t really get the point. Watching in HD from my couch with beverage in hand works just fine for me. But if you’re interested in seeing Kobe, Lebron, and Dwight Howard coming at you through the screen, now’s your chance.

It’s not often I find a really good football article online, most are the same ole’ thing just rehashed.
Thanks for posting something I could really sit down and read.
