As I’ve mentioned a few times in the past, ESPN360 rocks. For a huge University of Texas fan living in California, ESPN360 is the best way for me to enjoy college football without having to go to sports bar at the crack of dawn every Saturday. Plus, rather than arguing with my wife over the TV for the Thursday night game, I just watch it on my laptop and everyone’s happy. In short, ESPN360 rocks…or did I say that already? And since the recent relaunch, it has performed flawlessly with no dropped connections or frozen screens.
So I was pretty happy when I saw the post on PaidContent that ESPN360 will cover the 124 conference tournament games leading up to March Madness. I’ve already talked about how CBS is gearing up to cover the NCAA Tournament, but it’s awesome that ESPN360 has stepped up to stream the all-too-important conference games which generally start during the middle of the workday for those of us on the West Coast. Needless to say, this year the productivity challenges in the office will start a week earlier than normal.
